Steps we take to ensure professional buyer representation through the site selection process:


Conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to define the client’s current and future space requirements. Determination of buyer's financial resources and other buying preferences (site characteristics, area of town, demographics, proximity to interstate.....).


Prepare a complete market survey report on all available commercial real estate listings that match client’s requirements.


Conduct site tours of the best qualified properties with clients.


Provide economic analysis of the various properties toured.


Engage space planners to ensure space meets client’s needs.


Prepare and negotiate terms in the letters of intent.


Coordinate collection and analysis of due dilligence documents, evaluation of property inspection reports and estimates of required work.


Prepare and negotiate the final Purchase Agreement.


Ensure contingencies (financing, appraisal, permits issued...) are met and terms of the Purchase Agreement are being met by the seller.


Consult with buyer's attorney to ensure title, appraisal, survey are all in order .


Final walk through and close.
